Modern dads want technology, not ties, according to a survey from TechBargains.com, a deal aggregation Website for electronic products. The survey results indicated that 48 percent of dads would like a tech gift this year, led by a preference for tablet computers, notebooks and digital cameras. Televisions, e-readers and smartphones also made the cut, alongside digital music players and, of course, "other" unnamed gadgets. (You know you want that watch with the high-definition video camera.)
