Infragistics announced the release of NetAdvantage for jQuery Community Edition, an entry-level version of its tool for jQuery and HTML5 development.
Infragistics, a maker of design and user-experience (UX) software and user-interface (UI) development tools, has released NetAdvantage for jQuery Community Edition.
The new community edition comes with a full suite of HTML5 controls for better mobile intelligence, a new mobile UI and a fast jQuery Grid. Infragistics said that with the NetAdvantage for jQuery Community Edition, the company is targeting developers at small agencies, companies, and consultants who are curious about HTML5 application development.
"With more than 20 years of experience, we know that it takes time for developers to ramp up to new platforms and technologies," said Dean Guida, CEO of Infragistics, in a statement. "We are committed to helping our customers maintain their current technology investments and explore new opportunities. By offering our Community Edition, we remove the barriers to entry and encourage customers to create their best HTML5 applications for any browser, platform or device."
Infragistics also invites Web developers to its HTML5/jQuery on-demand webinar series where HTML5 novices and jQuery pros can learn new skills for creating the best cross-platform apps.
NetAdvantage for jQuery Community Edition is $395 and includes Forum-only support. NetAdvantage for jQuery is priced at $995, with standard support and $1,495 with priority support.
