Google's Gmail is an outstanding e-mail service. It allows users to communicate via e-mail, instant messaging and now VOIP. But that doesn't mean the service is perfect. In fact, there are some glaring issues that Google needs to address. Google continues to insist that Gmail provides the best service of any Web-based e-mail platform. Whether or not that's true is up for debate, but if it's Google's intention to offer the best e-mail service, it needs to start working on fixing Gmail. Here are some areas that Google should address in future Gmail updates.
