The RAIDStaQ RS4-100E is an ADMA/Ultra ATA PCI host adapter card supporting RAID levels 0, 1 and 0+1. The device offloads host interrupt processing, improves bus utilization and greatly enhances data transfer rates when used with ATA command-queuing hard drives.

The current standard in micro-sized disks is the 2.5-cm (1-inch) platter. The magnetic medium Fuji is using provides a data density of 80 gigabits per square inch, allowing the disk to offer an unformatted capacity of 6GB. Storage BusinessDVD Drive Maker CenDyne Comes to Stop The Superior Court of California this month ordered DVD-drive maker CenDyne Inc. to shut down. The company was placed into receivership, according to its voice mail message. Receivership is a temporary measure used by the court to remove officers of a company in an attempt to stabilize its operations and prevent further loss of assets.
