InfiniBand gear maker introduces several products to improve storage networking on clusters and grids.

Voltaire Inc. this week introduced several products to improve storage networking on clusters and grids. The companys NAS (network-attached storage) cluster provides access to a unified namespace up to 16 petabytes in size. The product combines Voltaires interconnect gear with  software from Terrascale that transforms standard Linux file systems into parallel file systems.
