Information lifecycle management (ILM) and disaster recovery will be important issues in 2004, according to storage industry analysts. In 2004, Arun Taneja, founder and consulting analyst at the Taneja Group, predicted, "Customers will see ILM for what it isusing the right platform to process, move and protect data, based upon its value to the company."
