Zantaz Acquires Archiving Vendor Educom

Zantaz recently acquired on-site e-mail archiving company Educom TS. The combined company will provide end-to-end e-communications management solutions for compliance and e-mail storage management applications.

Zantaz Inc. this week acquired on-site e-mail archiving company Educom TS Inc. for an undisclosed amount. The combined company will provide end-to-end e-communications management solutions for compliance, electronic discovery, and e-mail storage management, Zantaz said. Educom provides message archiving and management solutions for Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, and other environments.
