Kari Dohn, an aide to former California governor Gray Davis, was in court yesterday to answer to charges of falsifying evidence in a 2-year-old investigation into Californias licensing deal with Oracle. The case focuses on a $93 million contract for which normal competitive tendering rules were ignored, according to the state auditors office.
