BPTs tools and guidelines let users define automated test processes without the need to create a development team. The Web-based BPT solution is designed to enable nontechnical users to build end-to-end testing scenarios without the need to understand scripting or programming. BPT allows application owners to begin testing earlier in the life cycle, streamlining the overall quality assurance process.

Excellence judges cited BPTs automation features, which help guide users through the testing process. Combining strong documentation with solid testing procedures, BPT can automatically generate word documents that are aligned with the test plans. Auto-document generation also aids in auditing and reporting, to fulfill corporate regulatory compliance needs.

The product gives IT managers a multirole site management tool, earning our judges vote as a finalist in this category.

Wireless Location Appliances high-resolution software leverages installed wireless LANs to provide location tracking of wireless clients to within several meters. The system can scale to track thousands of wireless devices simultaneously via the location server appliance.

Judges liked how Agitator intelligently exercises Java code and provides feedback to developers on code behaviors.
