Deploying an application and then monitoring its back-end performance should not be the end of IT's involvement in that app. In this IT Link podcast, Lori Wizdo, vice president of marketing for Knoa Software, explains that end-user monitoring is an important step in making sure the application is doing what it is supposed to do from a user perspective.
