IT & Network Infrastructure : From Hubble to Moon Water: NASA's Stellar Headlines in 2009
Anyway you look at it, NASA enjoyed a very successful 2009. From the refurbishing of the space telescope Hubble to the discovery of water on the moon to Cirque du Soleil founder Guy Laliberte's trip to the International Space Station to comedian Stephen Colbert's winning of a NASA naming contest, space was in the news, which is always a good thing for NASA. Perhaps most significantly, President Obama put into a motion a re-evaluation of NASA's current mission to return to the moon.
