The Cisco UCS (Unified Computing System) Manager is the administrative overseer of the hardware and virtual components that make up the platform. The data center tool is the management heart of Cisco's UCS. Physical equipment, virtualized server resource, LAN, SAN and all management actions are controlled through the UCS Manager, which can be run as a GUI-based tool or from a traditional CLI.
