Automation software has been a lifesaver for my own small business. Before I had software to automate tasks for me such as sending follow up emails to customers sending out coupons and offers to potential customers and wishing happy birthday or happy holidays I would consistently forget to do these things and was dropping customers and leads as a result. I was so stressed out in having to run my business and trying to make it grow that I was going insane. A friend of mine who also owns a small business recommended a software called Office Autopilot so I decided to try it out. Let me tell you I'm so happy I did because since using it I've turned all of my leads into customers and have developed a stronger customer relationship with them. It has taken so much of the stress off my shoulders allowing me to write automated step series such as if a lead opens up an email I had sent then automatically a follow up email is sent to them 3 days later. I don't have to worry about forgetting or being inconsistent anymore and I have a lot more free time now to relax. I would personally recommend OfficeAutopilot for anyone interested in a business automation software it's so user friendly and effective and to top it off they have stellar customer service....
