Company to add new features to its Oracle Small Business Suite and NetCRM hosted customer relationship management services.
NetLedger Inc. will announce this week at the Oracle AppsWorld Conference several new features across its Oracle Small Business Suite and NetCRM hosted customer relationship management services as part of the 8.5 release of its product lines.
New CRM features include opportunity management for tracking deals, competitor tracking for analyzing deal wins and losses, quota management for setting sales goals for reps and tracking how theyre meeting them, collaborative sales forecasting, and a template for sending follow-up e-mails to customers.
Opportunity management is included only in NetLedgers NetSuite service, targeted toward midsize companies with more than 100 employees. All other new features are available in both the NetSuite and Oracle Small Business Suite services.
The new features are integrated with NetLedgers back-office applications.
Pricing is $50 per user per month for both services. Oracle Small Business Suite requires a $1,200 startup fee, while NetSuite requires a $4,800 startup fee, which also covers for the first three users.
The new features are available now. NetLedger, based in San Mateo, Calif., is also planning to unveil an offline client by the middle of this year, company officials said.
