IT Management: Security, Virtualization Top 2010 IT Budget Wish List

These are the top nine technologies and projects senior management intends to greenlight in 2010, according to Robert Half's survey of 1,189 CIOs in the United States and Canada. In this survey, CIOs were allowed to make multiple responses. Security, virtualization and efficiency in the data center lead the 2010 IT budget wish list.
