OpenLogic Library Gains 18 Open-Source Projects
Renamed OpenLogic Enterprise 4.0, the library gives enterprises a central repository of approved, certified open-source products within the corporate firewall.OpenLogic has released OpenLogic Enterprise 4.0, the latest version of the companys platform that enables enterprises to manage, deploy, track and maintain a repository of open-source solutions. The Broomfield, Colo., company has rebranded its BlueGlue compilation of open-source projects OpenLogic Enterprise 4.0. And the company has added 18 new OpenLogic-certified open-source technologies to its offering, including Apache Geronimo, Apache Axis, Apache POI (Poor Obfuscation Implementation) and JLDAP (Java Lightweight Access Protocol). These additions bring OpenLogics library to more than 160 precertified open-source software packages, including the most popular open-source databases, applications servers and IDEs (integrated development environments), the company said.
