Socialcast March 2 launched its new Ease microblogging platform. Refreshes for a microblogging platform are not novel, but Socialcast did a smart thing with Ease: integrated it with Microsoft Outlook to let the 500 million-plus Outlook users inject status updates into their e-mail client.
