VirtualTone Integrates Web-Based Phone System with ConnectWise
The VTone Sidebar was designed to offer inbound call recognition with ConnectWise.ConnectWise, a provider of business management solutions designed for IT service providers, value added resellers and managed service providers, announced that VirtualTone has completed integration with ConnectWise. VirtualTone's latest feature, the VTone Sidebar, provides total integration of VirtualTone's inbound and outbound IP calling capabilities with ConnectWise's Business Automation Software to help enhance the productivity and efficiency of ConnectWise partners. The VTone Sidebar was designed to answer a ConnectWise partner integration request−inbound call recognition with ConnectWise. VTone SideBar searches a partner's company database, then retrieves and displays customer information in the ConnectWise Company Screen directly on the sales or technical agent's computer. VTone SideBar handles inbound and outbound calls without any special drivers, and it runs on Windows, OSX and Linux operating systems.
