Xactly Express is available on Salesforce.com AppExchange 2 business application marketplace.
On-demand sales performance management (SPM)
provider Xactly announced that Xactly Express is now available on Force.com,
Salesforce.com's enterprise cloud computing platform. Xactly can now provide
small to medium-size business customers the incentive compensation management
functionality of Xactly Express on a comprehensive Cloud 2 foundation,
regardless of whether the customer is currently a Salesforce CRM
user.
Xactly Express is available for test drive and deployment on AppExchange 2,
according to a company release.
Xactly Express is a self-service sales compensation application for SMBs,
built natively on the Force.com platform. Available as a stand-alone solution
or connected to Salesforce CRM, Xactly
Express allows users to configure sales compensation plans, calculate
commissions and export payments to payroll, all from a single, user-friendly
application. With the ability to automate traditionally taxing compensation
functions and generate reports, the platform is designed to help Express
customers make more informed decisions that encourage better sales performance.
"Today's SMB customers are under tremendous pressure to drive efficiencies
and results, while minimizing cost," said Christopher Cabrera, president and CEO
of Xactly. "Our partnership with Salesforce.com enables us to provide customers
a cost-effective, complete, cloud-based compensation management solution,
without the hassle and headache of making additional infrastructure
investments."
When connected to Salesforce CRM,
customers also gain the ability to combine the pre-sales data within Salesforce
CRM with the post-sales data in Xactly
Express, to gain an end-to-end view of customer profitability and success, from
initial lead clear through to compensation payout. Express currently is rated
on AppExchange 2. In addition to Express, Xactly's flagship Xactly Incent
incentive compensation management is also available on AppExchange 2.
"Companies of all sizes have realized cloud computing can deliver tremendous
time and cost savings," said Kendall Collins, chief marketing officer of
Salesforce.com. "Because it's built on Force.com, Xactly Express customers can
concentrate on improving sales behavior, without worrying about infrastructure
or performance."
The Force.com platform powers the Salesforce CRM
applications, more than 800 ISV partner
applications like those from CA Technologies, FinancialForce.com and Fujitsu,
and 170,000 custom applications used by Salesforce.com's 82,400 customers such
as Japan Post, Kaiser Permanente, Kone and Sprint Nextel.
Force.com also enables developers to make enterprise applications social by
leveraging the social collaboration components, including profiles, status
updates and real-time feeds available with Chatter. Applications built on the
Force.com platform can be distributed to the entire cloud computing community
through the Salesforce.com AppExchange 2 marketplace.
