Vendors like Acer, with its Nvidia Ion 2-powered Aspire One 532G, are proving netbooks don't have to function as cut-rate notebooks, while companies like Panasonic are bringing tablets to the next level with tough exteriors meant for rugged environments. HP, Samsung and others also are touting their systems' capabilities. Here's a look at some of the latest tablet and netbook devices getting attention at this year's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
