Dell rolls out three Axim X30 handheld computers.

Dell rolled out three Axim X30 handheld computers last week. The devices run Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition software for Pocket PC and are fueled by Intel PXA270 XScale processors.

Two models support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless technology and have 64MB of memory. Users can choose between two processor speeds: 624MHz, for $349, or 312MHz, for $249 (after a $30 rebate).
A lower-end model, for $199, has 32MB of RAM/ROM memory and no wireless support. It runs at 312MHz. The devices are available immediately, said officials.
