Looking to improve the way users access its applications on mobile devices, Google is using Macworld as the launching pad for new features that make accessing Google Apps on Apple's wildly popular smart phone faster and more fun.

New custom tabs put Google Apps prominently on the Google menu bar, allowing users to more easily switch among Search, Reader, Calendar, Docs and Picasa.
