During an iPhone OS 4.0 sneak peek event April 8 at Apple's headquarters in Cupertino, Calif., Steve Jobs laid out a series of long-awaited new capabilities for the company's popular line of mobile devices. The new features, which include multitasking, support for multiple Exchange mailboxes, e-mail encryption, SSL VPN support, enhanced mobile device management options and support for distributing enterprise applications without the intervention of iTunes, should make Apple's mobile platform a more appealing option for enterprises. Check out this gallery of photos taken at the event by eWEEK Labs' P. J. Connolly.
