An 8-Inch Screen

Amazon's Kindle Fire is currently available with a 7-inch screen. So is a flavor of Samsung's Galaxy Tab and the RIM BlackBerry PlayBook. To differentiate its product but still make it more mobile than its larger counterpart, Apple should deliver an 8-inch display in its iPad Mini. It's not such an outlandish idea. According to reports, the company could be preparing a 7.85-inch screen.
Apple is reportedly nearing the launch of a small tablet it will call the "iPad Mini." Rumors, of course, have been swirling around the device, and suggest it could come with a 7-inch to 8-inch display and iOS. The device will be designed to compete directly against Amazon's Kindle Fire, which took the consumer market by storm late last year with skyrocketing sales around the holidays. For its part, Apple hasn't confirmed that it will be launching a new iPad Mini this year. In fact, the company hasn't even said that such a device will launch at all. But that doesn't mean that the rumor mill will give up on the idea. It also doesn't mean that Apple won't launch the device. The lack of an Apple statement on the question is not a "no," after all. So, here's a wish list of features that should make their way to the iPad Mini. From a nice-sized screen to some extra connectivity options, if Apple can offer the following features in its next tablet, it'll go a long way in making both consumers and enterprise users happy.
