After whittling down the competition from 20,000 contestants, Google flew the top 100 coders from around the world to the Gotham Googleplex for Code Jam 2006.

A reporter from a Russian news station in Brighton Beach, New York interviews two Russian coders. With 33 contestants, Russia had the most participants in the top 100 coders. China was second with 12, and Poland third with 11.
