The existence or relative lack thereof of Mac malware has been a
catalyst for arguments between Mac and Microsoft Windows users. But as
pointed out by our Joe Wilcox and at least one other blogger, the Apple
advisory is not new; its an update of a previous recommendation that
users take advantage of anti-virus to protect their computers.
