October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month, and Google paid homage to that fact by offering a brief tutorial on creating stronger passwords. Why, Google, you ask? After all, Google is not a security consultant. True, but Google is the world's Web service leader. Millions of users flock to Google to use its Gmail, Google Reader, iGoogle home pages and other applications. These services require a Google Account, which in turn means a user ID and password.
