It's a bold prediction, repeated most recently at the RSA Conference by Val Rahmani, general manager of IBM Internet Security Systems and of security and privacy. Customers are looking for companies to build security into products, but the arms race between vendors and black hats seems never-ending and IT spending remains strong—$9.5 billion in 2007.
