The CIA's wiki, Intellipedia, lets agents post documents, stories or even theories to the organization's highly secure Web site. The CIA’s Don Burke said Intellipedia comprises three closed networks: an unclassified network, a secret-level network called SIPRNet and a top-secret network called JWICS.
