iSCSI is cheaper than Fibre Channel, perhaps a lot cheaper. But even under ideal circumstances, youll need four iSCSI connections for every Fibre Channel connection, unless youre using 10G Ethernet. And, of course, 10G Ethernet is really expensive, too.
