Two years into its "Multisourcing" strategy, which divides its IT outsourcing needs among many firms, General Motors is declaring success, according to GM CIO Ralph Szygenda. In this exclusive interview with Stan Gibson and eWeek's Eric Lundquist, Szgenda explains that since moving away from EDS GM has produced cost savings that have been able to be invested back into increasing innovation at the automaker.
