Nsite 4.5 delivers bidirectional Web services integration to CRM applications, improving customer service and speeding sales cycles.

Nsite Inc., a maker of business process automation systems, Monday announced a new Web services product for the customer relationship management market. The Pleasanton, Calif., company announced Nsite 4.5, which delivers bidirectional Web services integration to CRM applications, company officials said.

Officials said the bidirectional integration delivers better productivity in the way of enhanced customer service and faster sales cycles, as well and improved compliance to regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley. The company targets SMBs (small and medium-sized businesses) with a service that automates the sales quote-to-fulfillment process, Nsite officials said. The system captures, tracks and automates the sales process, the company said. Nsite has more than 6,500 users in 21 countries.
