On Tuesday, the Digital Home Living Alliance (the group formerly known as the Digital Home Working Group) finalized its guidelines for interoperability and commenced plugfests designed to make sure that PC and consumer-electronic devices can work better together. Microsoft is one of the 145 members, as are Intel, Sony, Hewlett-Packard, Fujitsu and other household names.
