The United Nations Development Programme and Microsoft last week announced a partnership to create technology projects that will aid developing nations. The partnership was unveiled at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. The agreement calls for Microsoft and the UNDP to build computing capacity in developing countries and technology training in community education centers.Microsofts Unlimited Potential program, the companys initiative to deliver computer literacy and job skills training to underserved communities, will fund the initiative.
