This makes it disruptively simple for enterprise IT and line-of-business managers to modernize business applications without building out on-premises infrastructure. In addition, SaaS providers themselves are choosing whether or not to build out their own infrastructure or to build their applications on public cloud infrastructures similar to Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
