Apple's iPhone OS 3.1 (along with the new iTunes 9) adds functionality to the iPhone that could be of interest to enterprise users. Of particular note, users can rearrange on-screen application placement from within iTunes; calendar synchronization with Microsoft Exchange Server is improved; and Voice Control now works with Bluetooth headsets.
