The S6 Active is packed in an IP68-certified casing that's water-resistant up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes and is shock-resistant and dust-proof for harsh conditions. Like other Galaxy S6 phones, it supports 4G Long-Term Evolution (LTE) networks and will support future LTE networks.

Battery-Saving Features

With a 3,500mAh battery, users can go into the Ultra Power Saving Mode at 10 percent charge and still have up to 24 hours of talk and text time, or they can get a fast 50 percent charge in about 40 minutes. The S6 can also be charged wirelessly with an optional wireless charging pad.
