AT&T's Latest No-Contract GoPhone, the ZTE ZMAX 2, Arrives

AT&T has just unveiled its latest no-contract, prepaid GoPhone offering, the ZTE ZMAX 2 smartphone, which features a 5.5-inch HD display, 2GB of memory, a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 16GB of on-board storage and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera. The new 4G LTE device is available immediately through AT&T stores or for $149.99. The low-priced phablet is AT&T's first large-screen Android GoPhone and runs on the Android 5.1 operating system, according to the company. Also included is a 2MP front-facing camera, a 3,000mAh lithium battery, Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity and Dolby audio. The handset weighs 6 ounces and includes a wide range of pre-loaded Google applications and services. The ZMAX 2 is the second-generation of ZTE's ZMAX series of smartphones and can be used for viewing videos, listening to music, capturing video and more.
