There is a shortage of competent wireless-software developers, according to Hamad Rashid, the Texas-based manager of global developer training for Nokia.
There is little information available on the hiring trends of wireless-software developers but that demand does exist, said Jeff Duntemann, a freelance wireless analyst for Evans Data. Duntemann said the early adopters interest in wireless technology will influence others.
