2HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G1
The EliteBook Folio 1040 G1 is now the thinnest Ultrabook in HP’s Elite lineup. It has a 14-inch touch display and, at 13.31 by 9.19 by 0.63 inches, is 16 percent thinner than its predecessor (plus, 7 percent lighter).

A fingerprint reader comes standard on the 1040, and a smartcard reader, for extra authentication, can be added. It also features a ForcePad—a touchpad that doesn’t click down but senses force, like the buttons on a smartphone face. It’s available now, starting at $1,244.
4HP EliteBook Revolve G2
The Revolve weighs 3.08 pounds—worth noting, since this style of device tends to get carried around in the crook of an arm, as users tick boxes or take notes. Its capacitive multitouch display is 11.6 inches on the diagonal and covered in Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
5HP EliteBook Revolve G2
The Revolve runs Windows 8.1 and up to an Intel Core i7 Haswell processor. It has a solid-state drive (SSD) that boots in milliseconds and HP Sure Start self-healing BIOS software. It will arrive Dec. 20, at a starting price of $1,364.
6HP EliteDisplay S230tm
HP’s first Windows 8-certified touch monitor for businesses has a 23-inch multitouch IPS display that supports five simultaneous touch points and a 178-degree viewing angle.
7HP EliteDisplay S230tm
The EliteDisplay can be wall-mounted, with a VESA mount—it’s an easy fit for kiosks or collaborative work areas. But perhaps more fun is to use it on a desk, where it can stand upright or lean way back—70 degrees back. Arriving in the United States Jan. 6, the Elite Display S230 will have a starting price of $359.
8HP EliteDesk 800, ProDesk 600
These 1-liter desktops are HP’s smallest form factors. Each can support three monitors, stand on its own feet or be mounted behind a monitor or to a cart, and runs fourth-generation Intel Core processors.
9HP EliteDesk 800, ProDesk 600
While identical at a glance, the EliteDesk 800 ($699) includes BIOS-level security, the option of HP VPro and a fast-charging port that can charge smartphones and tablets at three times the speed of a traditional USB port. The ProDesk 600 ($489) has M.2 solid-state storage. Both will arrive in April.
10HP Slate Extreme
The HP Slate Extreme is a 7-inch, WiFi-enabled Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) tablet with an Nvidia Tegra 4 quad-core processor, a 5-megapixel rear camera and a VGA camera up front, and micro-HDMI support for 4K TV input.
11HP Slate Extreme
The Slate Extreme comes with a stylus and is preloaded with apps that help users take advantage of it. It’s available now, starting at $199.99.
12Classmate Notebook PC
HP has launched HP Education Services, a combination of teacher training and leadership development initiatives, alongside the Classmate Notebook PC, its newest notebook for young learners around the world.
13Classmate Notebook PC
The newest Classmate runs Windows 8.1, Intel Celeron N2000 Series processors and Intel’s suite of education software. It’s durable, for use outside the classroom, and has an integrated Webcam, for taking virtual field trips or hosting guest lecturers.
