The Lenovo ThinkStation S20
The Lenovo ThinkStation S20 is what the company is calling a personal "supercomputer," thanks to Intel chips, Nvidia and ATI graphics and a SATA hard disk drive that supports up to 1TB of data storage.
Lenovo is offering some of its workstations with dual- and quad-core Intel processors that are based on the "Nehalem" microarchitecture. With the S20, Lenovo offers a four-core Xeon running at 3.2GHz.

Both of these massive machines offer Nvidia Quadro graphics or optional FirePro GPUs from ATI, the graphics division of AMD.
The Lenovo ThinkStation D20
With this workstation, Lenovo is offering a range of quad-core Intel Xeon processors, including the Xeon W5580, which runs at 3.2GHz, offers 8MB of L2 cache and supports DDR3 memory.
The ThinkStation D20
With this workstation, Lenovo supports the newer DDR3 memory standards that Intel supports with its Nehalem processors. In this case, users can configure the workstation with up to 8GB of newer DDR3 memory.
Lenovo Goes for the Green
In an effort to show its Green IT side, Lenovo is using recycled content, in this case reused plastic water bottles, to help build the S20 and D20. For both machines, about 30 percent of the plastic comes from recycled plastic.
