Dell Announces 10-Inch Windows 7 Tablet, Previews 2011 Business PCs

Mobile Device Lineup for 2011
Dell teased launch attendees by announcing that it will release 10-inch Windows 7 and Android business tablets "later this year." Among its 24 new devices, Dell showed its two Streak tablets (7-inch and 5-inch), a new Windows phone and two Android phones (Venue and Venue Pro).
Trio of Mobile Phones
Here are the phones shown on Feb. 8: a new Windows 7 phone (left) and two Windows 7 Androids (Venue and Venue Pro). The Pro has a slide-out QWERTY keypad; a 5-megapixel camera; 1GB of RAM; a 1MHz processor; and 8-, 16- and 32GB available storage capacities.
Nice Camera on Board
The Venue Pro includes a 5-megapixel camera with auto-focus and LED flash.
Horizontal mode: The Streak 7 (top) features a multitouch UI, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, standard GPS and extendable storage. The Streak 5 has support for up to 32GB storage cards, a 5.0-megapixel rear-facing auto-focus camera with dual LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera.

Swivel This Screen In and Out
This version of Dell's Inspiron notebook features a monitor that pops out and swivels to several positions. Inspirons come in three different notebook form factors.

The 2011 Vostro notebooks feature eight USB ports and up to 3TB of storage capacity, so there's plenty of room for basically everything a user might have on hand.

Featuring quad-core processors, Dell's newest Latitude notebooksa total of seven editionsfeature full high-definition monitors, terabyte-level storage and optional Dell Data Protection Encryption 11 securityware and encrypted hard drives.
One for the Road
This little 12-inch Latitude notebook is a small and light but powerful PC designed for serial travelers. It sports several USB 3.0 ports; an Intel Atom N550 dual-core processor option; Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Ubuntu Linux; and support for Citrix and VMware remote connections.
Encryption Security for Software and/or Hard Drives
On many of the notebooks and workstation desktops, optional Dell Data Protection Encryption 11 security software and encrypted hard drives are available.

This desktop machine may have "mini" in its name, but that does not indicate a minimum of any type of feature. Some key points include second-generation Intel Core processors, up to 16GB of DDR3 memory, a Blu-ray disc drive, 7.1 HD sound and 150W of graphics-card power.
Opening Up a Vostro
