HP Discounts Its Last iPods
The computer giant, which in late July said it would discontinue selling its
HP added the 15 percent rebatewhich allows people to purchase a 512MB iPod Shuffle + HP model for as little as $84, under its regular price of the $99in an effort to sell the remaining players it has on hand, a company spokesperson said on Thursday.
Aside from having the HP logo, the only noticeable difference between the HP iPods and Apple iPods is that iPod Mini + HP and iPod + HP models cases are gray, versus Apples bright white.
HP offers tattoo kits that allow consumers to print out stick-on covers for iPod models using HP printers.
