Enterprise Mobility: Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet Puts Business First
The 1280x800 Gorilla glass display is easy to read. Here you see eWEEK mascot Spencer F. Katt enjoying an adult beverage. The 2MP front facing camera is in the upper right corner.
From left to right, with the card cover open, SD card slot, SIM card slot, Lenovo dock connector, micro USB connector, mini HDMI, headphone jack.
Left to right, the on/off, sleep/wake button.
Left to right, volume up/down rocker, lanyard tether, digitizer pen (slightly out of it??Ãs slot for the photo) with characteristic Lenovo red dot on top.
Left to right, speaker slot, full-size USB 2.0 port with sliding cover open.
Left to right, rotation lock, browser, back, home keys. The keys are a little ackward to use at first. They have a counter intuitive, upward press action. However, I easily adjusted to the mechanics.
The gripping surface of the ThinkPad Tablet is a matte finished plastic that has a good hand feel. While the Tablet is easy to hang on to, it also slipped in and out of my briefcase easily. The rear-facing 5MP camera is in the right corner of this photo.
The 10.1??½ display has good off-center viewing characteristics.
