By 2013, IP traffic will have grown by five times over the amount in 2008, and video will account for 90 percent of all consumer IP traffic, according to the Cisco survey. While consumers will drive much of the traffic, video is playing a key role in the growth of commercial and enterprise Internet network traffic, including on WANs, thanks to the rise of video conferencing.<br/>   -  Video is going to be the primary driver behind a rapid increase in Internet
