There's new Federal Election Commission rules about revealing whether an Internet ad is political in nature, and what group or individual paid for it.

For more, see here. Search engines, and companies that make large political donations, will likely have to figure out a way to comply with the 96-pages of rules. But the early consensus is that a large swath of other Internet interests and sites won't be impacted.
