Yes, in answer to your question; the search results are the same as those on the legitimate, Google-sponsored version of Google's Web search:

However, you'll note that the URL, http://www.unevengoogle.com, remains unchanged after you land on a result.

Uneven Google essentially slaps a different skin on the Google UI. It's not unlike Heap Media's Blackle:
