Hi, I'm Roy Mark, the author of this story. What do you think: a major endorsement for Silverlight or just a sweetheart deal for the Democrats?

A stupid move by Democrats, that's what. Ironically, looks like the Republicans got the upper hand this time...

The decisions are just a giant "f-you" from both parties towards not just the laws, but also the well educated and/or technically skilled US voters.

It's bad enough that both parties are endorsing MS predatory and anti-competitive practices which comply neither the spirit or the letter of the DOJ's anti-trust remedies. It's worse that both parties are basically telling a large chunk of the population that only customers of that company may participate in the democratic process.

equals a big FU to the American people.

Why didn't they just pick Halliburton to do the convention?
