Employease Inc., which supplies human resources and benefit administration software, announced today that performance management functionality has been added to its Employease Network.
The Performance Management software is pre-integrated with the companys employee self-service, manager self-service and human resources management applications.
The new software is geared toward helping HR departments operate more proactively and efficiently, but it will also help managers by providing current and historical employee performance information at the desktop.
A series of Process Wizards allow for collaboration between managers and HR professionals by providing assistance with scheduling, conducting, rating and editing reviews.
A Scheduling Wizard assists managers and HR professionals planning employee reviews—users can select review type, period and reason, as well as attach relevant documents.
An Edit Wizard provides the ability to edit scheduled and completed performance reviews and tracks changes for accountability and compliance.
