CRM software developer Talisma Corp. added to its executive team Friday, naming Dan Vetras as president and chief operating system.

Vetras will run the day-to-day operations of Seattle-based Talisma, reporting to Chairman and CEO Pradeep Singh. Vetras was most recently president and CEO of Captura Inc., a provider of hosted corporate expense management services, which was acquired in late July by Concur Technologies Inc.

“Talisma has a fantastic business model, great products and services, and momentum in customer service management,” said Vetras in a statement. “We have a tremendous opportunity to leverage all of these assets and have a major impact in the industry.”

Vetras previously held management positions at Lotus Development Corp., Edmark Corp. and then IBM after it acquired Edmark.
